A first server transmits to a second server of a transmission destination transfer information including customer information, an agreement flag showing a server for managing an agreed service site, and a circulation flag showing the first server being a transmission source. When a server shown by the agreement flag does not coincide with a server shown by the circulation flag, the second server stores the customer information included in the transfer information in a database, rewrites the circulation flag to a circulation flag showing the second server, and transfers transfer information including the agreement flag, the circulation flag and the customer information.
