The customer information management system which is connected to a store terminal 20 through a network 2 is characterized by being equipped with a customer information database 11a which stores customer information including skin quality information on the customer sent from the store terminal 20, a diagnostic information database 11b which previously stores diagnostic information corresponding to various skin quality information, an article information database 11c which previously stores article information corresponding to respective pieces of diagnostic information, a diagnostic result output means 12 which reads corresponding diagnostic information out by reference to the diagnostic information database 11b based upon the skin quality information and sends the information to the store terminal 20, and an article information output means 13 which reads corresponding article information out by reference to the article information database 11c based upon the read-out diagnostic information and sends the information to the store terminal 20.
