Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the noise resistance and constructiveness by using a terminal adapter equipped with an at least unidirectional converting function for converting a light signal into an electric signal. CONSTITUTION:A spectroscope 13 diffracts a light signal, sent from a main device 11 by a main optical fiber cable 12A, spectrally to a branch optical fiber cable 12B and converges a light signal, sent by the branch optical fiber cable 12B from the terminal adapter 15, on the main optical fiber cable 12A. An outlet 14 couples the branch optical fiber cable 12B with the terminal adapter 15, which is equipped with the unidirectional converting function for converting the light signal into the electric signal. Thus, the information transmission between the main device 11 and terminal adapter 15 is performed by using the light signals, so the tolerance to an electromagnetic noise is obtained, constructiveness is improved.
