Abstract:
To reduce information inputting items to be inputted by an operator in a reservation and ticketing system.
At the time of receiving the input of a customer code as information for specifying a customer, customer information and a utilizing history information of a pertinent customer are extracted from a customer information and utilizing history information group 3 based on this customer code and this customer information is substituted to automatically generate an execution command. Then ticketing process is executed through the use of this execution command and a newly generated history information is registered in the customer information and utilizing history information group 3.
