Abstract:
To include customers having no environment in which an aggregator can collect daily demand control operation information in the candidate of selection of customers for which demand response is to be activated.SOLUTION: A customer selection device 1 comprises: an actual demand electric energy data acquisition unit 10 collecting actual demand electric energy data from a customer; a base line estimation data selection unit 12 selecting past data used for estimating a base line from the actual demand electric energy data; a temporary reduction electric energy calculation unit 13 setting the base line based on the selected past data and calculating temporary reduction electric energy for each past datum; a demand control operation influence determination unit 14 determining whether demand control operation by the customer influences the base line from the degree of dispersion of the temporary reduction electric energy; and a priority customer selection unit 15 selecting the customer determined not to influence as a priority customer for which demand response is to be activated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
