The customer service management system for restaurant includes: a store terminal device 30 disposed in a restaurant; a customer terminal device 10 provided to the customer in the store; and a server 60 connected to a dedicated line and the Internet 2 for communicating with the store terminal device 30 and the customer terminal device 10. The server 60 receives a reservation and an order from the customer by inputting information on an input form 160 provided on a Web site, and updates databases 72, 73 for reservation status and order status. The store terminal device 30 is used for browsing the databases 72, 73 received from the server 60. The customer terminal device 10 displays an input form 170 and a menu database 70 provided from the server 60 on a Web browser, transmits the order input on the input form 170 to the server 60, and updates the databases 72, 73 of the server 60 by the order using the input form 170.
