PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer telephone recording automatic answering system.
SOLUTION: A customer telephone recording automatic answering system comprises a rear end customer database, a switchboard, a plurality of terminal processing devices, a recording device, and a host device. When the switchboard receives a telephone call of a front end customer, the host device allocates the telephone call to the terminal processing device according to an allocating table, performs a voice service to the front end customer, forms a voice file by recording telephone conversation contents in the recording device, generates a voice file index code, searches the rear end customer database to obtain a fixed response communication address, and transmits response information including the voice file index to a rear end customer.
