To provide a customer visit retrieval system using a portable terminal in order to easily prepare a report for a customer visit and to efficiently perform the customer visit.

The customer visit retrieval system checks user's location information by a location information receiving function included in the portable terminal, retrieves a customer having location information which is the same as the user's present location or near the location from a database, retrieves events related to the customer from the database, automatically inputs these retrieved customer information and event information to a report and transmits the report.
