Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make customer visit efficient and to completely control the quality of arranged merchandise by allowing a person in charge to visit customers according to a customer visiting schedule prepared by a portable input/output terminal based on customer data and arranged merchandise data inputted by the personnel.
SOLUTION: When an arranged personnel 5 transmits customer data and arranged merchandise data recorded in the portable input/output terminal(HT) 6 with him to a personal computer(PC) 3, data is tabulated and analyzed there. As customer data and arranged merchandise data after tabulation and analysis are transmitted from PC 3 to HT 6 next, a program in HT 6 is executed so that HT 6 prepares the customer visiting schedule (the name of a visiting destination, a visiting district, a visiting scheduled date, etc.) according to a previously inputted rule based on these data to display on the picture 16 on HT 6. Then the arranged personnel 5 visits the customer 7 according to the customer visiting schedule displayed on the picture 16.
