Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut character forming device and a cut character forming method that can easily set each cut character and an adhesion layout of a character string and facilitate adhesion conforming thereto after cutting so that each cut character is in the character string of desirable layout after the adhesion to an adhesion target.
SOLUTION: A plurality of types of character string layout modes of adhesion of each character in a character string to an adhesion target are stored as adhesion layout patterns based on an outline image indicating a boundary of an adhesion target region. An arbitrary one is selected from them, and a character string is input. A cut line is decided for outline cutting of each character in the input character string conforming to the selected adhesion layout pattern. A sheet body of a half-cutting sheet where the sheet body laminates on a release sheet is cut along the outline according to the decided cut line.
