Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent scrapping of a workpiece due to a curved cut by placing a cut curve detecting device along a cutting groove of the workpiece given a cut.
CONSTITUTION: By giving a cut to a workpiece W by a band sawing machine, cutting work is performed. When this cutting work is performed, a cut curve is accurately detected by real time in the actual cut surface by placing in a cut curve sensor 57 provided in a saw tooth guide device along a cut groove G of the workpiece W cut worked by a saw blade. Accordingly, the workpiece W is prevented from being scrapped by the cut curve.
