Abstract:
To provide a cut flowers support which can be stably supported on an inner surface of a container and can secure air permeability into an inside of the container.SOLUTION: A cut flowers support (1) includes: a body part (1A) composed of a block-shaped sponge having an upper surface (2), a lower surface (4) and lateral surfaces (3); and at least one notch (9) or open hole (8) formed in the body part (1A) and reaching the lower surface (4) from the upper surface (2). An outline of the upper surface (2) or the lower surface (4) of the body part (1A) has projection parts (2a) projecting outward from a circle in external contact with a regular polygon in place of segments making each side of a prescribed regular polygon. Outlines of the projection parts (2a) form a figure connecting adjacent apices of the regular polygon, and each of the projection parts (2a) has at least one apex (5) outside the circle in external contact with the regular polygon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
