Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut nozzle of a filler filling machine which has a simple structure that does not use blower air, hardly causes a stringing state by cutting any filler of a liquid or sol form, and can cope with an increase in a protrusion amount.SOLUTION: A cut nozzle 1 comprises: a tubular nozzle body 10 having a circular nozzle hole 11 at a tip part 10a; a cut head support shaft 20 which has a cut head 21 for blocking the nozzle hole 11 at a tip part 21a, and is inserted into the nozzle body 10 in a freely reciprocating way; and a centering member 30 which protrudes outward from the cut head support shaft 20 at two places of an upper part and lower part in a shaft direction of the cut head support shaft 20, is in slide contact with the inner side of the nozzle body 10 while contacting with three points or more, and rectifies the flow of a filling liquid inside the nozzle body 10. The centering member 30 comprises a plate-like guide blade 31 extending radially outward in a radial direction, and the upstream side and the downstream side are formed in a thin tapered streamline in a cross sectional view in the shaft direction.
