Title:
CUT-OFF PLATE FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2559643
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve adhesion by forming embossed irregular surfaces through a primary processing means based on the difference of the fluidity of molten resins on both surface and rear of a synthetic resin board and forming hydrophilic coated layers on the surfaces of the irregular surfaces.
CONSTITUTION: A molding raw material, in which a 0.3-10% surface-active agent C is added to a raw resin containing an approximately 60-70% polyethylene resin A and an approximately 30-40% crosslinked polyethylene resin B is melted and pressed by an extrusion molding machine. When the raw material is extruded from a molding die through heating extrusion molding, embossed irregular surfaces 2 are formed on the surface and rear of a resin board by the difference of fluidity. When the surface-active agent C mixed in together with a resin raw material is extruded from the molding die, the surface-active agent bleeds onto the surfaces of the embossed irregular surfaces 2, thus shaping hydrophilic coated layers 3. Accordingly, the adhesion of cement milk to the embossed irregular surface can be promoted.
