Abstract:
To provide a method for executing cut-off work of water, which eliminates cut-off operation conducted by divers, and exerts high cut-off performance.
The cut-off shelter is comprised of a shelter main body 5 having an opening surface facing to an area targeted for cutting-off such as an area 42 targeted for execution of the operation, and a water-swelling cut-off material 30 arranged on an edge of the opening of the shelter main body. By using the water-swelling cut-off material, a gap portion between the opening edge of the shelter main body and the area targeted for cutting-off is sealed and cut-off, whereby the operation on the inside or outside of the shelter is enabled.
