A cut-off tool 10 fixed onto the connecting surface 2 of the concrete structure 1 has a fixing body 11 buried to the connecting surface 2 of the concrete structure 1 and a cut-off body 20 engaged with the fixing body 11. The fixing body 11 has a holding section 12 with an expansible inserting recessed section 14 and a compressible outer-layer seal section 16 covering the outside of the holding section 12 and having watertightness. In the cut-off body 20, a leg section 25 press-fitted and fixed into the inserting recessed section 14 with watertightness while expanding the inserting recessed section 14 is formed on one side, and a cut-off section 22 projected from the contact surface 2 of the concrete structure 1 and abutted against the contact surface of the adjacent concrete structure is formed on the other side.
