Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3760002
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-off structure which can soften water hammer.
SOLUTION: A cut-off structure has a cut-off valve 15 which advances and retreats in respect to a valve seat 20 around a discharge port 7 for discharging water or water mixture or an primary side to a secondary side, and a valve bar 14 which is arranged on an axial core of the cut-off valve 15, moved in the same direction as that of discharging the water or water mixture, and operation for switching the cut-off valve 15 from a discharge state to a water stop state. The cut-off valve 15 has, oppositely to the valve seat 20, a seat packing 18 provided with a circular flat plate 21 which brings about a perfect cut-off state in the condition being contact with the valve seat 20, and a circular projection 22 which forms a water leakage passage M for leaking the water from the primary side to the secondary side in the condition of being slidable contact with an inner wall (b) of the valve seat 20 immediately before the perfect cut-off state.
