To provide a cutter device capable of driving two cutting means of a means for forming a straight line cut and a means for forming a perforation cut by using one rotation-driving mechanism and one rotation controlling mechanism.

In the cutter device of a rotary type automatic packaging machine, a means for forming a perforation cut (a perforation cutter mechanism 21) and a means for forming a straight line cut (a straight line cutter mechanism 22) are juxtaposed adjacent to each other, and two cutting means of the straight line cutter mechanism 22 and the perforation cutter mechanism 21 are driven by using a servo motor 60 as one rotation-driving mechanism. The cut position is adjusted by providing a planetary gear mechanism 64 for adjusting the rotational phase between the perforation cut means and the straight line cut means.
