PURPOSE: To provide a cut winding device for a paper-state material whereby a product yield rate can be improved without overlapping each end part of slit band-shaped paper by cutting the paper-state material slit while winding it.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rotary rolls 4 are arranged such as coming into contact with a winding core roll 3 of a paper-state material 2 rotated to be driven by a rotating winding roll 1, to form a diameter of each rotary blade 7, interposed between these rotary rolls 4, a little larger than the diameter of the rotary roll 4, and also providing elastic units or cut grooves 8 in a peripheral surface of the winding core roll 3.
