Abstract:
To provide a kitchen knife in which a bolster part and a blade part can be easily joined to enhance a joint strength.
The bolster part 14 is provided at the front end of a main body 13 of a handle part. An insertion groove 14d is formed in the front end of the bolster part 14. A tang 12a integrally formed with the base end of the blade part 12 is inserted into the groove 14d. The bolster part 14 and the tang 12a are joined by a welded part 21 through padding. The welded part 21 is ground-finished to integrally join the bolster part 14 with the blade part 12.
