Abstract:

To provide a cutoff valve control system whose component failure can be diagnosed and predicted accurately by an operation test during setting.

The cutoff valve control system includes: a determining means (7) for determining whether the cutoff valve control system is in a normal or an abnormal state on the basis of a pressure characteristic of the internal pressure of a cylinder (31) measured by a pressure sensor (6) when air is supplied to the cylinder (31) of an air cylinder (3) from an air supply source (11); and a storage means (7) for storing beforehand the pressure characteristic of the internal pressure of the cylinder under the initial normal operation of the cutoff valve control system and the pressure characteristic of a failure prediction boundary. The determining means (7) determines that the cutoff valve control system is in the normal state when the measured pressure characteristic is within the range between the pressure characteristic under the normal operation and that of the failure prediction boundary, and determines that the cutoff valve control system is in the abnormal state when the measured pressure characteristic is beyond the range between the pressure characteristic under the normal operation and that of the failure prediction boundary.
