Abstract:

To provide a cutoff valve of a double valve structure capable of surely closing an upstream-side valve part and a downstream-side valve part in closing the valve.

The upstream-side valve part 5 and the downstream-side valve part 6 are assembled in series in a flow channel of a valve casing 1 having a fluid inlet part 2 and a fluid outlet part 3. The upstream-side valve part 5 is closed first, and then the downstream-side valve part 6 is closed late, in closing the valve of the upstream-side valve part 5 and the downstream-side valve part 6.
