To provide a cutter for angularly cutting, a tool which permits the cutting face of a thick material such as a cardboard and matte paper, a gypsum board and a thin veneer, and a styrene board used for an architectural model and a pop display to be accurately cut at an angle of 90 and 45 degrees.

The cutter is made by attaching and fixing the tool having a capacity to keep the edge of the cutter knife at an angle of 90 and 45 degrees with respect to a cutting material and a cutter body and permits the cutting face of the material to be cut at an angle of 90 and 45 degrees by mounting the cutter knife to be fixed and removing and changing them.
