Abstract:
To provide a ruler in which it is easy to set at a target ruled line to be cut when placing the ruler, the blade of a cutter does not move from the ruler at cutting, a degree of freedom is high, and it is easy to use.
Two rectangular plate materials 1 are arranged in parallel so that a gap 3 allowing the blade of the cutter to enters therein is made, both ends of the long side part are connected with a hinge 2, and the two plate materials can be opened and closed.
