Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cut off a curved surface of a building stone by a simple and inexpensive structure, by a method wherein a fitting member which is made fittable and movable to an elevating member is fitted to a fitting part of a mold of a copying device, which is fitted with a truck which is movable in the direction crossing at the lower part of a diamond wire saw, supports building stone and becomes a sectional form of the curved surface to be cut.
CONSTITUTION: A diamond wire saw 31 is put on a pair of sheaves, which are driven by an electric motor through a belt, of an elevating member 25 elevating by a hydraullic cylinder 16. In the case, building stone 90 is cut off by the diamond wire saw by making use, for example, of a mold 37, a nut part 44 is removed from a truck 35 and cutting is started. Since the hydraulic cylinder 16 is operated automatically by a load of a cutting device 20, a fitting member 41 is turned along a fitting part 40 of the mold 37 as cutting advances. At this time, the truck 35 moves by pressing force of the fitting member so that the truck 35 becomes the direction opposite to a tilting direction of the fitting member 40 and the diamond wire saw 31 cuts off a curved surface having an identical sectional form with the fitting part 40.
