This cutter 1 for cutting is provided with a base part 10 fixed to the service T 115 and a cutting part 50 mounted on the base part 10 to cut the vicinity of the root of a riser part 117. When a feed screw 57 of the cutting part 50 is screwed, a cutter blade 73 hits on the vicinity of the root of the riser part 117 to push and cut the vicinity. Since the base part 10 can be used in a state fixed to a saddle part 116 in the cutter 1, the cutter blade 73 of the cutting part 50 mounted on the base part 10 is stably advanced and retreated. As a result, the resin joint can be cut so that the cutting surface of the riser part 117 may be flat and smooth, as compared with a case where a cutting work is manually performed by using a saw, etc.
