To provide a cutter device of a rotary type automatic packaging machine capable of optionally selecting either linear cutting or perforation cutting in respect to a series of finished packaging bodies and making a continuously-packing type packaging body having an arbitrary number of packaging bodies.

Cutter devices 21, 22 of this rotary type automatic packaging machine are constituted in such a manner that a means for forming perforation cutting and a means for forming linear cutting are arranged side by side while being adjacent to each other. When the packaging body is not cut away in respect to a series of packaging bodies made by the rotary type automatic packaging machine of a main body, a means for forming the linear cutting is stopped and a means for forming the perforation cutting is selectively driven. In turn, when this packaging body is cut away, the means for forming the perforation cutting is stopped and the means for forming the linear cutting is selectively driven. As a result, it is possible to make an arbitrary continuously-packing type packaging body.
