PURPOSE: To accurately cut a roll winding end part, by mounting a cutter and a roller to an upper facing arm while a weight to a horizontally facing arm of an L-shaped swivel lever and cutting the end part of a vinyl sheet roll by the cutter while its pressing force is adjusted.

CONSTITUTION: L-shaped swivel levers 8 are turnably mounted to trucks 2 for roll winding original vinyl sheets S1, S2. An upper facing arm of said lever 8 provides a rotary cutter 9 and a roller, mounted to the side of the cutter 9, in the upper end further a motor 11 driving the cutter 9. A horizontally facing arm provides a long hole 13 while a weight 12 slided along the long hole. While the roller is formed in a small size so that a depth of cut by the cutter obtains the thickness of one sheet of the vinyl sheet. In this way, since an end part of the roll winding original sheet can be accurately cut by the thickness of one sheet amount by the cutter applying pressing force to the cutter and roller while the weight 12 is adjusted, thermal adhesion between the sheets can be perfectly performed thereafter.
