Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent drop of the product accuracy due to reclamping, simplify the configuration, shorten the time for working, and maintain the accuracy by subjecting a sheet to processing with a side-face butting device, locating device, side-face shear, and width cut shear.
CONSTITUTION: Sheets 15 on a material table 43 are sucked one by one and transported by a vacuum pad 17 of a sheet supply device 35 to be placed on a table 45. Therein a side-face butting device 39 is moved along the X-axis, and the sheet 15 is clamped by a sheet locating device 37. Also the device 37 is moved along the X-axis, and the side faces of the sheet 15 are trimmed by an X side shear 25. Then the device 37 is moved along the Y-axis, and the sheet 15 is subjected to Y-axis width cut by a Y side shear 27. When the side-face butting device 39 reaches the side of the sheet 15, it is sensed by a side-face butt gauge, and the moving distance is measured using an encoder.
