To provide a cutter grinding device with which it is possible for any untrained person to grind easily and reliably the cutter face of a cutter to an exact cutter angle and cutter line and substantially shorten the grinding time owing to an excellent working efficiency for reducing the manufacturing cost and improving the workability of grinding work.

An arm 3 which stands a guide bar on the tip part of a device table 2 in the vicinity of a horizontally rotatable grinder 21 while contacting the guide bar with that tip part is so provided as to rotate about a vertical axis, a holding tool 9 which holds a cutter is oscillatably mounted to a metal piece 5 in the longitudinal direction to form an holder 2a, there is provided a plurality of holders of different type which are different in holding angle, the metal piece 5 of any holder is vertically movably mounted to the guide bar, and the mounted metal piece 5 is removed and replaceably mounted to the metal piece 5 of other holder.
