Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently remove cutting chips, sticking to a tip point end when cut a difficult to cut material of stainless steel material or the like, to obtain stable sharpness also to attain extending a life of a chip saw.

CONSTITUTION: A stuck chip removing brush 7 excellent in heat conductivity, formed long in a direction of rotating a chip saw 2 and thicker than its thickness further in almost the same circular arc shape so as to be matched with an external diametric shape of the chip saw 2, is provided partly in a cutter 6 on a rotary surface of the chip saw 2, and the brush 7 is pressurized by a spring 10 to a center direction of the chip saw 2, so that a wire 8 provided in a side of the chip saw 2 of the brush 7 always presses a chip 3 into contact.
