To provide a cutter high-pressure valve wherein a pressure apparatus can easily be mounted at a suitable position of coolant piping and the pressure apparatus can be replaced without extracting the coolant in the coolant piping in replacing the pressure apparatus.
This cutter high-pressure valve is composed of: a reverse T-shaped main body comprising a longitudinal principal body, a lateral connection body and a pressure meter body obliquely protrusively formed at a crossing part; a center shaft which is vertically movable in a through hole penetrating the principal body in the central longitudinal direction, and for which a stopper bolt to be screwed to a return bolt in the inner wall of the through hole is formed in its central circumference part and a shaft valve having its tip formed into an acute blade is formed on the connection body side; and a frame body for sealing and fixing coolant piping by catching it together with the connection body.
