Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter knife which enables slider operation even with the thumb or another finger whether in the right hand or in the left hand.SOLUTION: A cutter knife comprises: a U-shaped body 1 which is configured of a front end part 3 having a slit hole 2 with a blade body 9, a body upper part 5 having an inside space that covers the back 10 of the blade body to extend forward and rearward, and a body lower part 7 having an inside space that covers the blade 11 of the blade body to extend forward and rearward; a slider 13 making the blade body slide forward and rearward which forms a shape having: a portion having a through hole 14 making the body upper part penetrate, a lock mechanism part in a part sandwiched by the body upper part and the body lower part, and an arm connected to the blade body; and a detachable tail valve 25 at the body rear end, thereby making no matter which the dominant hand is to utilize a general spare blade.
