Title:
CUTTER KNIFE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3716399
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter knife which can be locked automatically in steps by preventing a leaf spring from being non-usably deformed.
SOLUTION: A holder 1 has an engaging recess part 1b formed in the shape of an equal-legged trapezoid in its upper surface, and a slider is longitudinally movably inserted into a sliding groove. A leaf spring 4 is inserted into a center recess part 2g formed in the main body member 2 of the slider. A boss 2e placed upright on the main body member 2 is formed in an opening 2d through which the projecting part of the leaf spring 4 moves in and out, to regulate the amount of movement of the leaf spring 4. An operating member 3 movably supported against the main body member 2 is provided with an engaging groove 3b and a movement stopper 3c, and by moving the operating member 3 forward or backward, the movement stopper 3c permits the retreat of the projecting part of the leaf spring 4, while the engaging groove 3b depresses the projecting part of the leaf spring 4 and releases it from the engaging recess part 1b to move the slider.
