Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cutter knife which enables safe cutting without damaging the workability of cutting work.
CONSTITUTION: This cutter knife is obtained by providing the conventional one with a slide cover 3 for covering the blade surface of a slide blade 1 while being positioned on the side of that blade surface, energizing means 4 and 5 for energizing the slide cover 3 toward the blade tip of the slide blade at all times, and hooking mechanism for stopping or canceling the backward move of the slide cover when moving the slide blade 1 backward.
