The cutter roller is characterized in that a main body of the cuter roller is composed of separate parts where a cutter part made from a cemented carbide special steel product and a support part made from a general steel product, and the cutter part and the support part are assembled and pressurized while a diffusion-insert material being interpose between bonded surface and diffusion heat treatment junctioned. The cutter part is formed in a hollowcylinder, and the support part, which is contacted internally, is tapered to ensure pressurization and to enlarge junction strength, and also minimize quantity of special steel material.
