PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reproducibility, operability, and easily automate at simple structure by supporting so as to be capable of rotating each cutter blade by a supporting axis parallel to an axis line of a circular hole and forming projection light by individual rotation of each cutter blade.
SOLUTION: Four cutter blades 3a-3d are rotated by the specified amount in the axial line 2 direction of a circular hole 2 from a state indicated in the figure by the operation of blade driving mechanisms 12a-12d, and by changing the shape of the circular hole 2 to a quadrangle shape surrounded by the linear sides 32 of the four cutter blades 3a-3d, projecting light showing a quadrangle same shape can be obtained. By controlling the operation of each driving mechanism so that the displacement angle of each of the cutter blades 3a-3d becomes equal, projection light showing a square frame shape can be obtained. By controlling the operation of each driving mechanism so that the displacement angle of each of the cutter blades 3a-3d becomes optional, projection light showing the frame shape of a rhombus, a trapezoid, or the like can be obtained.
