Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for thin metal sheet drum capable of accurately cutting an easily deformable thin metal sheet drum in round slices, allowing efficient cutting operation of the metal sheet drum, and forming the burrs by cutting in an easily removable state.
SOLUTION: This cutter for the thin metal sheet drum comprises a drivingly rotated cylindrical support shaft 4, a drum holding member 5 supportedly inserted into the support shaft 4 and pressed against the outer peripheral surface of a drum W formed of the thin metal sheet through the entire length to internally hold the drum W, and a cutting means 3 having a cutter 7 for cutting by abutting from the inside of the drum W, on a specified position of the drum W rotated by the support shaft 4.
