PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cut a trolley wire only without cutting a detecting wire by moving a cutter main body along a guide to form cut grooves of a designated depth in the direction intersecting perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of a trolley wire above and below the clamped trolley wire.
SOLUTION: A holder of a cutter main body is fitted from the side of one guide of a trolley wire holding jig. A cut groove M1 of a designated depth is formed in the direction intersecting perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction from above the clamped trolley wire T by moving a cutting blade 31 along the guide while the cutting blade 31 is rotated. At this time, a reinforcement wire T1 is also cut. Secondly, the cutter main body is detached from the guide of the trolley wire holding jig, and a holder of the cutter main body is fitted from the side of the other guide. Then, a cut groove M2 of a designated depth is formed in the direction perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction below the clamped trolley wire T by moving the cutter main body along the guide while the cutting blade 31 is rotated.
