The cutter unit comprises a scissors type full-cutter 81 comprising a cutter frame 61, a fixed blade 83 fixed to the cutter frame 61, and a movable blade 85 which is turnably supported by the fixed blade 83 via a spindle 84 and a press-cutting type half-cutter 131 comprising a straight cutting blade 141, and a blade receiving member 142 to receive the incised cutting blade 141. The full-cutter 81 and the half-cutter 131 are disposed close to each other facing a feed path 12 of a tape-like member T as an object to be cut, and the blade receiving member 142 is fixed to the fixed blade 83.
