To provide a cutter for finely and simply cut a lead line or others straightly by keeping cut portion from being deformed and crushed when the lead line used for stained glass, etc. is cut.

The cutter is provided with a pair of handles 10, 20 containing grippers 11, 21, which are rotatably-installed by using a spindle 30 so that these handles 10, 20 intersect each other. A discoid cutting part 50 with its periphery to be a cutting blade 51 is attachably/detachably installed in an opposite side of the gripper 11 for one handle 10, and also a guide groove 24, into which the peripheral cutting blade of the above cutting part is inserted in cutting, is formed on the opposite side of the gripper 21 for the other handle 20.
