Abstract:
PURPOSE: To contrive automation of operation, by a method wherein at the time of manufacturing of a wooden panel in a triangular form, a cutter for cutting square lumber such as a framework material to be assembled in a state of a triangular frame and core materials to be arranged within the framework material in all directions is constituted by providing a fixing rest and cutting part.
CONSTITUTION: This cutter is constituted of a fixing rest 10 fixing a long-sized A such as square lumber and a cutting part 20 and the fixing rest 10 is constituted by providing a conveyor part 2 becoming working stand and conveying the member A, a stopper becoming a reference surface against which one end of the member A to be conveyed abuts and goes in or out freely and a pressing part 14 pressing the member A against a ruler 13 regulating a position of the member A. Then in a cutting part 20, a moving rest 24 is provided movably on a rack rest 21 arranged on the upper part of one fringe side of the fixing rest 10 along the ruler 13, a motor-driven saw 29 which is horizontally turnable and movable in a cutting direction is provided on the undersurface of the moving rest 24 and a pinion of a stepping motor 25 is meshed with a rack 23.
