Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of an error in relative positioning by constituting in such a way that precise relative positioning of a cutting work tool can be carried out precisely to the work, and preventing an excessive load beforehand from being acted on a work in the case of carrying out full automatic continuous cutting work.
CONSTITUTION: Work support bodies 81a and 81c supported with static pressure, air bearings (82a-82d) and (84a-84c) of a support member to support with static pressure and the others are connected respectively to a cutting work device to monitor a cutting work condition of a work installed on the work support bodies 81a and 81c supported with the air bearings (82a-82d) and (84a-84c) of a static pressure support member and the others. By detecting electrically a condition in which the work support bodies 8la and 8lc, the air bearings (82a-82d) and (84a-84c) of the support member and the others are brought into contact with each other, the occurrence of an excessive load to the work and the work support bodies can be detected.
