Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cutting confirmation device which can automatically detect a cutting failure of a cloth body.
CONSTITUTION: A cloth body W1 is divided into two cutting portions in such a state as the cloth body W1 is mounted on the roller 74 equipped to a total cloth face 11. In the case where the cloth body W1 is not perfectly cut, two cutting portions are connected. When one of the cutting portions is transferred in such a direction as the other cutting portion leaves from the roller 74, the other of the cutting portions is also transferred in the same direction as above, therefore, the roller 74 rotates round an axis 75. Then, the shading and transmitting of light from the light emitter of a photosensor 75 are repeated by means of the slit 74a of the roller 74, and the defection signal thereof is inputted in a control device so that a cutting failure is detected.
