Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cutting control device that can easily perform depth- of-cut control in a cutter for cutting workpieces not extremely different in the material and size.
CONSTITUTION: In a cutting control device in a cutter 1 for cutting a workpiece W by reciprocating a housing 5 provided with a rotatable cutting tool 11, a hydraulic cylinder 23 for moving the housing 5 toward the workpiece W is connected to the housing 5, and plural switching valves 39A-39D for switching pressure oil by solenoids SOL1-SOL4 are connected in parallel to a hydraulic circuit 29 for controlling the hydraulic cylinder 23.
