To provide a cutting and/or cut off device for a pipe capable of reducing frictional resistance between an insertion length regulating member and the pipe even if the insertion length regulating member is strongly pressed to one end of the pipe, and also, capable of reducing a load to a driving device.

The cutting and/or cut off device for a pipe is provided with a rotary shaft body 2, which is inserted from one end side of the pipe into the pipe and rotated by the driving of a rotary driving device, a moving shaft 4 arranged in the rotary shaft body 2 and movable in the length direction of the rotary shaft body 2, a cutting blade 10, in which a cutting part 10a is exposed to the outside from the outer peripheral face of the rotary shaft body 2 by the rotation of the rotary shaft body 2, an insertion length regulating body 3 for regulating the length of the rotary shaft body 2 inserted into the pipe, a main body 14 of the regulating body, in which a storage part 14b storing a fixing member 13 is formed to its inside and whose front face is made as an abutting face 14c abutting on the end part of the pipe, and a bearing 15 arranged between the fixing member 13 and the main body 14 of the regulating body.
