Abstract:
PURPOSE: To indicate a cutting depth of a work by using a rotating blade having a different outer diameter, such as a saw blade or a grooving cutter.
CONSTITUTION: An indicator guide 16 is rotatably supported on a rotating blade part holder 6. An indicator holder 20 and a scale holder 21 are respectively slidably held on a slot part 14a and a slot part 14b. A pin of the indicator guide 16 is loosely fitted in a guide groove of the indicator holder 20. By pressing down a rotating blade part 10, the indicator guide 16 is pressed up. A graduation of a scale 24 pointed out by an indicator 22 of the indicator holder 20 is indicated as a cutting depth at the present time.
