PURPOSE: To firmly press a cutting device by sucking to a concrete member with vacuum suction power action without using a pressing jack and to miniaturize and lighten the device whole body by fixing an elastic material made surrounding seal stock on the circumference of the opening part of the box for vacuum suction opening toward the concrete member.
CONSTITUTION: A cutting device is fixed by sucking to a concrete member 1 by acting a vacuum suction force on the box 2 inside for vacuum suction in the state of abutting a surrounding seal stock 3 to the concrete member 1. An abrasion nozzle 10 is then moved along the slit 5 provided on the bottom plate of this box 2 with jetting an abrasion jet from the abrasion jet nozzle 10 and the concrete member 1 is cut by the abrasion jet. In this case, a pair of elastic material made soundproof water stops 7 seal the slit 5 of the vacuum suction box 2 with allowing the movement of the nozzle 10, preventing the water and sound of the box 2 inside being leaked to the external part.
