PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the cutting out in a near true circle irrespective of the diameter of a circle to be cut out.
SOLUTION: Under the condition that let the position of a fretsaw blade NB be the origin, the Y-axis be in the feeding direction of a plate material WW as material to be cut and the X-axis be in the direction normal to the Y-axis, a guide hole 35 having a circular arc, the center of which is a center (30, 619) and which passes through the origin and a point having the co-ordinates (60, 0), is provided. A holding member 40 is provided at the guide hole 35. At the center of the holding member 40, a needle 41 is prepared so as to move the holding member 40 in response to the radius (r) for cutting out in a circle. As this result, when the radius for cutting out in a circle is 60mm or less, the center of rotation for cutting out in a circle locates on this side of the feeding direction of the plate material WW, while when the radius for cutting out in a circle exceeds 60mm, the center of rotation for cutting out in a circle locates on that side of its feeding direction. By cutting out in a circle under the condition that the center of rotation is set to run along the above-mentioned locus, a cut-off material to be cut has a shape extremely near to a true circle.
