Abstract:
PURPOSE: To decrease the resistance in cutting, so as to smoothly cut a flexible part by making the flexible part such as a hose flex after pressing it by a pusher, by applying the extension deformation to the part on the side opposite to a cutter blade of the hose, and pressing and cutting the flexible part with the state.
CONSTITUTION: In cutting of a hose 20, the hose 20 pressed by a pusher 11 is downward bent while compressing and deforming a sponge 15 by lowering the pusher 11 after inserting the hose 20 into a hose insertion hole 2, and a cutter blade 13 is made to bite the hose 20. When the pusher 11 is lowered to the lowering limit position, the cutter blade 13 is received into a groove part 12 while being engaged with the groove part 12 on the pusher 11 side, and the hose 20 is cut. At this time, the extension deformation is generated on the lower surface side of the hose 20 facing the cutter blade 13, in the downward bent hose 20, and the hose 20 is smoothly cut by the cutter blade 13 in this state.
